great access to local parks and landmarks for city strolls

During my recent stay, I loved how close I was to both the Herdenkingsmonument Zaventem, just over a kilometer away, and the Paul Moens Medicinal Plant Garden, which is only about a 10-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy leisurely strolls through beautiful green spaces and admire the local culture. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend breather in Diegem with definitely value for money. I enjoyed squeezing my own fresh orange juice at breakfast, which was a nice touch.

The facts without the fluff

Disappointingly average for a supposed 4-star hotel. The room was not very clean, and remnants of the previous guest were found. Dining options were overpriced, and service was often slow. The location is decent for airport access, but extra noise from parties detracted from the overall experience.

The club double room was exactly like the pictures and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. It had great chill spots like the cozy lounge and a lovely garden area to relax in. The hallways had a bit of a strange vibe though, but that didn’t take away from the good quality of the room. Just remember to take a short walk if you're heading into the city! 😊

Comfortable and Convenient

Spent a night in a spacious Superior King or Twin Room with a comfy bed, air conditioning, minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The shower was fantastic, and I loved having a socket right near the bed. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast with pastries and fresh juices. The hotel was quiet and clean, ideal for a quick stop before flying out.

Amazing place with comfy rooms, wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great bar. On my first visit, the staff helped with late check-in, and I've always appreciated their service. I'm coming back for Easter.

Soundproofing leaves much to be desired. the walls are about as thick as a solo's blaster, making it easy to catch every word from neighboring rooms. Finding the gym equipment in working order is a challenge, and the breakfast options could do better catering to dietary restrictions like gluten-free or lactose-free choices. Additionally, battling for accurate billing and dealing with discrepancies over charges may test your patience, especially after several emails to sort it all out.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel’s staff were incredibly accommodating, even upgrading us to make our stay with our son more enjoyable. The restaurant served some of the best dishes we've tasted in Belgium, truly impressive!

My children wished there were more activities to keep them entertained during our stay.
